TERMS & CONDITIONS / TERMA & SYARAT

  1. CARD ACCESS

    1.1 One (1) card access for parking lot and lift lobby area shall be issued to tenants.

    1.2 Additional lift lobby card access shall be issued upon request by tenants. However, additional security fees deposit must be paid.

     

  2. SECURITY DEPOSIT/BOOKING DEPOSIT

    2.1 RM100.00 security deposit aka booking deposit shall be paid upon booking is made.

    2.2 The security & booking deposit shall be paid to our bank account : Maybank 162021388797 OR CIMB 12190078259528 OR by hand once booking date is confirm.

    2.3 Additional RM50.00 security fees deposit shall be imposed by Company for additional lift lobby card issued to tenants.

    2.4 30% booking deposit payment shall be fortified if cancellation of booking within 7 days period prior to check in date.

    2.5 RM60.00 per card shall be deducted from security deposit  for each card access lost and can not be returned upon check out.

    2.6 RM40.00 shall be deducted from security deposit if apartment keys is lost and can not be returned upon check out.

     

  3. RENTAL PAYMENT

    3.1 Full rental payment shall be made during check in.

    3.2 Company accept payment in CASH term only.

    3.3 If guest request to extend their stay, full payment shall be made immediately. The deposit can not replace the rental payment.

     

  4. CAR PARKING LOT

    4.1 Only one car parking lot allocated i.e. at lot 478. Additional car(s) shall be parked outside apartment area.

     

  5. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

    5.1 Check in time : 3:00 pm

    5.2 Check out time : 12:00 pm

     

  6. COMPANY PROPERTY

    6.1 All facilities provided inside the homestay facility belong to the company.

    6.2 Guest is not allow to bring the facilities outside of the premise without written permission of the company.

    6.3 Company reserves the right to charge guest according to suitable charges deem fit by the company if the facilities provided is not available during check out.

     

  7. BUILDING MANAGEMENT'S 'HOUSE RULES'

    7.1 Guest to follow all 'house rules' issued by the building management.

    7.2 Company shall not be held liable for any wrongdoing done by the guest by not following the 'house rules' issued by the building management.

     

  8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    8.1 Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
